The best rule of thumb we have found is to count the total number of employees at your office and multiply it by two. Since some people don't drink coffee and some employees drink multiple cups, the total number of servings per day averages out to two cups (servings) per day. Example: 10 employees. 20 work days per month (Monday-Friday workweek). 10 employees x 2 = 20 cups of daily consumption. 20 cups x 20 days = 400 cups per month.
